Avis honnête: Le (s) plus: emplacement impeccable pied dans l’eau, personnel (sauf un(e) ) gentil, se démène comme il peut et donne le meilleur de lui meme malgré la l’etat de degradation avancée des équipements et des chambres Les moins: -chambers qui tembent en lambeaux - clim hasardeuse qui marche un jour, et tombe le lendemain avec un bruit infernal alors qu’il fait une chaleur étouffante, impossible de dormir sans. - Des cafards a gogo sortent de la salle de bain avec leur belle couleur luisante marron, dès que tu a fini de discuter avec l’un pour le convaincre de quitter la chambre ;en l’aidant bien sur avec un mouchoir papier, sans le tuer je precise), un autre cafard se présente a l’appel aussi beau et costumè que le premier, et demande aussi a avoir un entretien, donc rebelote. Donc ames sensibles envers les cafards, restez loin. - Un petit déjeuner vraiment décevant, pas de cafè ni thè, juste des sachets de Nescafé et Lipton, des taosts, un conseil: ne demandez pas un cafè payant c’est juste de l’eau coloré - Pas de ménage dans la chambre pendant 3 jours - Tous les hotels envoient leur personnel a l’aller et retour a l’embarcadère pour aider avec les bagages , pas celui la! Il a des motos pour ce role mais leur utilisation reste ambiguë sur a qui elle profite. Bref je n’y reviendrai jamais!

Отель был выбран исходя из относительно небольшой цены и расположения. Отель много чего повидавший на своём веку: висячий замок на входной двери, щели в полу, расшатанные донельзя розетки, ненавязчивый сервис. Впрочем хватит негатива. Довольно неплохие завтраки, близость к морю, хорошее отношение персонала нивелирует негатив. Пробуйте!

Мне понравилось это место, как у бабушки в деревне. Домик с виду весёленький, внутри простенький, но при этом кондиционер отличный, водогрей работает, напор воды хороший. 2 бутылки воды каждый день. Отличный завтрак, вкусно, много, аппетитно подано! Расположение прямо на берегу, хороший небольшой бассейн, вид на океан за завтраком. Прекрасно работающий вай-фай в зоне кафе у бассейна, звонки, файлы, все без проблем. Хороший пляж в 100 метрах левее, дно песок, лодок там меньше.

Отель чуть в далеко от всей движухи. Свой чистый бассейн на пляже, хоть и крошечный. Полотенца дают. Персонал хороший,но уборка так себе) Завтраки хорошие. Номер так себе, в полу щели, старый, розетки не работают, искрят, вместо 2 кроватей двуспальная и односпальная, дали 3 кровати одной единой лежанкой. Немного странно так спать. Стола в номере небыло. Зато была прекрасная кошечка с котятами. Пожалуйста, покормите котиков как будете в этом отеле и налейте свежей воды🫶

獨棟木屋，游泳池，早餐有那麼多選擇，就算門口船比較多，其他家也不少啊，從性價比的角度來講，我很滿意。

We had a fantastic stay at the resort. The staff were friendly, the environment was beautiful, and our room was just steps away from the beach with an amazing sea view. Everything was clean and comfortable. Facilities could be improved a little, but overall it was a wonderful experience.

The rooms are nice, the best its the nearness to the beach, they have a nice bar and swimming pool with ocean view

I’ve stayed on Lipe before. So I have an idea of nice facilities. First…booking photos and description was misleading and not accurate. Very deceptive. Room was not what photos represent. Use caution. Most amenities advertised did not exist in room. Tv, safe, WiFi, etc not exist. Room is very outdated, rundown and just filthy. Disgusting mostly. You can see through the cracks in the wooden floor. Very dirty. There are no beach chairs. None. Basically not much beach area. Kitchen area to eat is very dirty, run down, needs updated and in disrepair. Do not accept credit cards here. I’m not sure how you run a business without accepting cards. And you cannot charge to room like every other place I’ve stayed. Very misleading during booking phase. I call it DECEPTIVE. And false advertising. Very overpriced and the place is in a shambles. They never came to cheap. We were able to get sheets and towels and changed ourselves. The staff was nice people. They need a leader or an owner that cares.

The location is a bit out of centre. But the view is just wow. Less crowd compared to other side. The staff super friendly.
